    Paul Douglas Roller, MD, MBA, MPH

    Dr. Roller is a graduate of Duke University. He attended Medical School at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia and did an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Roller came to Birmingham in 1994 to pursue a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During the fellowship program, Dr. Roller earned his Master of Business Administration and Masters of Public Health in Health Care Organization and Policy from UAB. While an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatrics at UAB, he practiced in the Kirklin Clinic. Dr. Roller has served as Vice President and Medical Director for the Medicare HMO program for United HealthCare of Alabama.

    Dr. Roller currently practices at SeniorCare Geriatric Healthcare Services. SeniorCare focuses on coordination of the health care needs for seniors and their caregivers. Dr. Roller has a particular interest in healthcare for patients with dementia and hopes to provide a comprehensive care system for these patients and their caregivers. When not in the clinic he spends time attending to patients at assisted living facilities, hospitals, and in their homes.

    Cliff Arceneaux, PA-C

    Cliff Arceneaux is a native of North Carolina and attended Wake Forest University’s School of Medicine as a Physician Assistant.  He has worked in Cardiology in both the hospital and clinic settings.  Most of his practice experience as a physician assistant has been in internal medicine and family medicine and Cliff has a good deal of experience  with critically ill patients and those near the end of life.  He has a strong background in physical therapy, having worked for years as a physical therapy aide in the Duke University Hospital System before becoming a PA.

    Cliff enjoys performing “house calls” for home bound patients through the Concierge at Home program.  Cliff’s varied background in physical therapy, cardiology, internal/family medicine, and wellness and nutrition gives him a unique skill set well suited to home based care.  Cliff also has a passion for keeping patients in their homes as long as possible.
